One-Touch Speed Dialing

You can specify up to 60 destinations in one-touch speed dialing keys. Follow this
procedure to start a transmission and send a document with the press of a
one-touch speed dialing key.
IMPORTANT
To use this dialing method, you must first register destinations in one-touch speed dialing
keys. (See "Storing Destinations," on p. 2-12.)
NOTE
A maximum of 201 destinations can be specified at the same time. If you specify a group,
which is made up of several destinations, each destination in the group is counted as a
separate destination.

Press [FAX].
The FAX indicator lights and the machine enters the Fax Standby mode.

Press the desired one-touch speed dialing key (01 to 60).

Open the one-touch panels as necessary to select keys 21 to 40 or 41 to 60.

NOTE
<NOT REGISTERED> appears if no destination is stored in the one-touch speed
dialing key that you pressed.
If you want to cancel your selection, press
(Stop) or
(Reset).
