Before asking for repair, do the following when the EcoPowerGateway appears to fail:
1.
Check if the power cable and the cable to be connected with other devices are properly
connected.

See Chapter 6 to find if your problem fits the description. If it does, take the
recommended measure for it.
3.
Refer to "Troubleshooting" described in the EcoPowerGateway User's Guide or Modular
Server User's Guide to find if your problem fits the description. If it does, take the
recommended measure for it.
If the EcoPowerGateway still appears to fail after you have taken the above actions, consult with
your service representative immediately. Take notes on lamp indications of the EcoPowerGateway
and alarm indications on the display unit before consultation, which may provide a significant help
to your service representative.
