Setting Up Your EcoPowerGateway
This chapter describes installation and connection of the EcoPowerGateway.
Installation
To use the EcoPowerGateway, install it on a rack assembly conforming to EIA standard.
Installing Rack
Refer to the manual attached to the rack or contact your service representative for the installation of
the EcoPowerGateway on the rack.
Observe the following instructions to use the EcoPowerGateway safely. Failure
to follow these instructions may result in death or serious personal injury. See
pages 1-4 to 1-16 for details.

Do not use the EcoPowerGateway in any unapproved place.
Do not connect the ground line to a gas pipe.
Do not install the rack where the load may be concentrated on a specific
point.
Do not install any component on the rack only by a single person.
Insert the hinge pins completely.
Do not pull out a device from the rack if the rack is unstable.
Do not leave more than one device being pulled out from the rack.
Do not provide the wiring exceeding the rating power.
Do not use the rack in a place where corrosive gases exist.
