Close the Audio Applet.
NOTE
Greetings and prompts can be created using WAV files that are copied into
the media control using Paste from File. WAV files must be in the (AD)
PCM audio format, with 16-bit audio sample size, 96-kbps bit rate, 1
(mono) channel and 8-kHz audio sample rate. No other formats are
supported.
To change your current Presence Greeting using the Mobile Web
Messaging Manager (MWMM)

Sign in to the MWMM.
Click the Greetings tab.

On the Greetings page, select your greeting option by clicking the radio button associated with the
desired greeting.
NOTE
The Presence and Alternate Greetings cannot be enabled at the same
time.
Click Save.

Changing the Alternate Greeting

The Alternate Greeting is used for special occasions. Use an Alternate Greeting for situations you don't
have a Presence Greeting for. For example, if you are out of the office and your administrator has not
enabled the Out of Office Presence Greeting, you can use the Alternate Greeting to record "Hello, this is
Paul Green. I am out of the office during the week of July 3
The Alternate Greeting is activated using the configuration options. When your Alternate Greeting is
active, the system plays it instead of your other greetings.
When you do not personalize your Alternate Greeting, the system plays the default Alternate Greeting that
includes your recorded name. For example, "Paul Green is out today."
When you record an Alternate Greeting, you should include any special instructions for your callers.
