10E-29 Keyless Start System:
Step
2 Request switch check
1) Check related door request switch for function referring
to "Front Door (Driver and Passenger Side), Rear End
Door / Trunk Lid Request Switch Inspection".
Is each switch in good condition?
3 Wire harness check
1) Disconnect connector from keyless start control module.
2) Check for open, short and high resistance in related door
request switch circuit.
Is each circuit in good condition?

Antennas and Request Switches Removal and Installation

Remove and install antennas and request switches referring to the following figures.

handle)
[B]: Center antenna
[C]: Rear end door / trunk lid antenna
[D]: Trunk lid request switch (Sedan)
[E]: Rear end door opener and request switch (Hatchback)
[F]: Luggage room antenna (Hatchback)
[G]: Trunk room antenna (Sedan)

5. Rear end door license garnish
6. Tail end member trim

Replace request switch.
Repair circuit.
