Bit 0 to 7:
You must enter a value for the multiplier TI between 1 and 255 in
byte 2 of the configuration message frame. The value "0" disables
pulse generation. During cold restart or on power up, the value "0"
for TI is entered in the PIQ.

Byte 3: Base Value for the Frequencies (BV)

Bit 0 to 2:
You can select the eight possible frequency ranges for BV with the
three bits FB 0 to FB 2. If you do not enter a value, the module has a
default value of BV = 800 Hz on cold restart or on power up.
