The 'Edit name' function is used to edit the name of a zone or a section. The new
name is shown when the zone or the section is reaccessed.
1. Press
on the keypad.
a The 'Main menu' window is open.
2. Select 'Engineering' and press
a The 'Engineering' window is open.
3. Select 'Edit name / password' and press
a The 'Edit name / password' window is open.
4. Select 'Edit name' and press
a The 'Edit name' window is open. A list of all sections is displayed.
5. Select a desired section and press
a The selected section and its below zones are listed.
6. Select the section and press
a A name entry dialog window is open.
7. Enter a name and confirm with
a A confirmation dialog window is open.
8. Press
to confirm.
a The name of the section or the zone is changed.
