Removal and installation of pump
controller assembly
Removal

Disconnect the negative terminal (–) of the
battery before starting the work.
1.
Remove cover (1).
2.
Disconnect relay R08 (4) from the clip.
3.
Disconnect bracket (5) and put it to the right
side.
4.
Disconnect wiring connectors C01 (6) and C02
(7) as follows.

Tilt lock (L12) inside while pressing lock
(L1).
a Bar (B) comes out and the lock is re-
leased.
5.
Remove the 4 mounting bolts and pump con-
troller assembly (8).

Installation

Installation is done in the reverse order of re-
moval.

Procedure for removing connector cover (1).
1)
Cut and remove cable tie (2).
2)
Move lever (3) up.
3)
Lightly push part (A) of connector cover
(1) from both sides to unfasten claw (B).
4)
Remove connector cover (1) around claw
(C).
