Description
Active: Identical to the description in the
machine selection menu.
Connected: Register the machine for using
SINUMERIK Integrate (only possible from the
machine and referred to as connected from this
point onwards), and disconnect it (requires a
new registration from the machine).
Display of the machine's registration status and
the only possibility of eliminating the machine
registration (disconnect - database
terminology).
"Logon always required"
When this option is selected, you can specify
whether a user always has to log in manually,
or whether he/she can log into the machine
automatically in one of the roles mentioned
below (without having to enter user name,
password, and organization manually).
Here you can specify the role under which the
user can log in "automatically" (system startup
engineer, service engineer or machine
operator).
"Connect machine automatically"
When this option is selected, the machine client
automatically connects to the server as soon as
a connection is established.
The following can be selected to detect a
connection:

IP address
•
MAC address
•
Machine name
Displays a machine released to another
organization.
This requires changes to be made in the
master data following the copying procedure.
Each manufacturer is obliged to assign a
unique machine number (type plate).
The end user and/or machine operator
generally have a unique ID for the machine
supplier.
Each manufacturer is obliged to provide their
name on the type plate.
