Description
All maintenance jobs which have the closed
with fault status, appear in the selection re-
sult of the group for the job status.
If a time period is entered for from - to, then
the closed jobs are displayed, restricted to
those that have been closed in the specified
time period.
If maintenance jobs are not initiated using
actual status events of the machine, but from
a time-based trigger running on the ePS
server then after closing the actual mainte-
nance job it is possible to view the next one.
In order that jobs that have not been an-
nounced do not appear in the selection list,
the due status filter can be activated and
preselected with all other statuses, except
those for the "still not announced" mainte-
nance jobs.
The due status can be used to specifically
select which maintenance jobs should be
contained in the selection result.
If the due status is set as filter, but no status
is selected, then the result list will be empty.
If maintenance jobs are not initiated using the
actual status events of the machine, but via a
time-based trigger running on the ePS
server, then after closing the actual mainte-
nance job it is possible to check the following
ones to see whether these have already
reached the preview date.
The filter can also be used to select the other
statuses and precisely not this "announced"
one, in order that these jobs do not appear in
the selection list.
The due status can be used to specifically
select which maintenance jobs should be
contained in the selection result.
If the due status is set as filter, but no status
is selected, then the result list will be empty.
