Maximum write ranges
Depending on the transponder type, the reader antenna requires more power for writing than
for reading data. When writing, the maximum range reduces by approximately 30%
compared with the read range. This does not apply to the transponders RF622L, RF622T.
7.1.5.4
Minimum distances between antennas and transponders
The antennas listed here are all far field antennas. For this reason, a minimum distance
between antennas and transponders must be maintained to ensure reliable transponder data
access:

Influence of conducting walls on the range
NOTICE
Influence of conducting walls on the range
If there are metallic (reflecting) surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the transponder, this
can have a negative effect on the write/read range. Test the environmental conditions
before using the transponder.
