25. At the REM panel, press the electronic circuits ON. Verify that the ON indicator/switch illuminates and that
the X-Ray off switch illuminates.
26. At the PDU A3 panel, verify that the following relays are energized:
A3-K1, K2
NOTE: If the relays do not energize, check the overtemp thermostat for the correct setting and
operation. Try electronic circuits ON again.
27. At the PDU, switch ON the following circuit breakers. Verify that the correct supply at the wall outlet is as
indicated. Make sure that the neutral line is on the correct outlet pin.
Disc Drive Unit 1 (DU1)
Disc Drive Unit 2 (DU2) *
Main Computer Cabinet (CC1)
Auxiliary Computer Cabinet (CC2)
Operators Console (OC)
Diagnostic Console (DC)
Multiformat Camera (MC)
Line Printer (LP)
*NOTE:
DU2 Power not used for Argus Disk Drive.
28. At the Disc Drive Unit wall outlets DU1-W2, DU2*-W10, using the phase sequence indicator, verify the correct
phase sequence.
29. At the REM panel, press the X-Ray and drives circuits ON. Verify the ON indicator/switch illuminates.
30. At the PDU A3 panel, verify relay A3K3 energized.
31. At the PDU, verify that the fourth indicator DS4 is ON at the PDU top left corner.
32. At the MPX Power Unit (XG1), measure and note the 3∅ Mains supply on terminals L1E, L2E, L3E. Ensure
all phases are present, and that voltage corresponds to those obtained in Step 2. Using the phase sequence
indicator, verify the correct phase sequence.
33. At the REM panel, press the X-Ray and drives circuits OFF. Verify the OFF indicator/switch illuminates.
34. AT the MPX Power Unit (XG1) reinstall the following fuses A7-F16, F17, F18, F19, F20.
35. At the REM panel, press the X-Ray and drives circuits ON.
36. At the PDU, switch the Table Drive circuit breaker CB7 ON.
