5. Set the tape drive thumbswitch back to 0.
6. Reset the CPU, Bring the disk drive to "READY". Bring the system to the 'R' level.
7. Enter
INIT MT0
8. Enter
DIR EDD;DUMP MT0:1 CTEX.SW CTSTAT
9. Enter
RELEASE MT0
10. Dismount the tape from the tape drive.

Type a capital I to reset the S140.
Type the panic handler address followed by a capital R.
Type a capital P to proceed
CPU message tells you to mount a tape on the drive and set the tape drive
select switch to unit #3 (thumbwheel switch).
Type a capital P to proceed. The CPU then writes an image of the core
memory to tape.
When CPU is done, remove the tape and set the tape drive select switch to
unit # 0.
