Step 3 Locate the cause why the pre-fab. module door cannot be opened after verifying
that the devices are running properly.
Possible causes why a pre-fab. module door cannot be opened are as follows:
● Replace the access card and assign the access permission if the access card is faulty.
● Replace the end door card reader if it is faulty.
● Replace the exit button if it is faulty.
● Replace the magnetic lock if it is faulty.
● Replace the access controller if it is faulty.
Step 4 (Optional) Reinstall the terminal of the emergency door release button after the
fault is rectified.

Follow-up Procedure
Analyze the cause of the fault, and work out and record the preventive measures.
