Preparations
Tools: insulation gloves, Phillips screwdriver, wire stripper, multimeter, pallet truck
Materials: spare battery pack, insulation gloves
Documents: battery pack wiring diagram
Skill requirement: power distribution engineer
Procedure
Step 1 Switch off the circuit breaker of the battery in the battery switch box based on the
power supply and distribution system diagram, and remove cables from the rear
of the battery pack.
Step 2 Remove screws from the cabinet, and remove the battery pack.
Step 3 Loosen the battery pack, and remove screws from the battery pack mounting ears.
Step 4 Install the mounting ears on the new battery pack using eight M4 screws.

Step 5 Push the battery pack onto the guide rails, and secure the battery pack to the
cabinet rack rails using mounting ears and screws.

A spare battery pack of the same model is available and functional.
