10.2 Maintenance plan

The following maintenance/service measures are necessary to maintain the functionality and
operational safety of the SICHARGE UC dispenser.
Check the outside of the charging station
After commissioning, carry out the tests at the following intervals:
• 1 month after commissioning
• 3 months after commissioning
• 6 months after commissioning
• 12 months after commissioning
After the first year, carry out the tests every 12 months.
Run the tests at shorter intervals as required by the ambient conditions of the
SICHARGE UC dispenser.

Checks
• Check the exterior of the cabinet for visible damage
• Check the touch screen for visible damage
• Check the position of the charging plug in the plug holder
• Check the ventilation openings
• Check the charging plug for the presence of moisture,
dust, or corrosion
• Check the charging plug and the charging cable for damage
and wear
• Firm seat of the strain relief where the charging cable exits
the cabinet
• The safety labels must be legible and available
• The map with the location of the SICHARGE UC dispenser
and the connected SICHARGE UC charging station must be
legible and available
• Check the fan for atypical running noises
• Check the touch screen for display and function
• Check LED for function

• Check the cabinet door for smooth opening
• Check whether a fault message appears on the display of the
touch screen when the cabinet doors were opened
• Tighten the torque for connections L1, N, DC+, DC-, PE
• Trigger the residual current circuit breaker
