10.2 Maintenance plan
The following maintenance/service measures are necessary to maintain the functionality and operational
safety of the SICHARGE UC dispenser. Maintenance of the dispenser should coincide with maintenance
of the SICHARGE charging cabinet. Be aware that not heeding the maintenance plan may void equipment
warranty.
Check the outside of the charging station
After commissioning, carry out the tests at the following intervals:
• 6 months after commissioning
• 12 months after commissioning
After the first year, carry out the tests every 12 months.
Run the tests at shorter intervals as required by the ambient conditions of the SICHARGE UC dispenser.

• Outside of dispenser enclosure
• HMI screen
• Ventilation slots
• Check enclosure for rust or corrosion
• Check the charging plug for damage and wear
• Check charging plug for presence of moisture, dust, or corrosion
• Check the plug-locking mechanism to ensure that it is working properly
• Check position of the charging plug in plug holder
• Check charging cable for damage and wear
• Firm seat of the strain relief where the charging cable exits the cabinet
• Check the HMI screen for display and function
• Check the LED display for function
• Check the cabinet door for smooth opening
• Check whether a fault message is displayed on the HMI screen when the cabinet
doors were opened
• Check the fan for atypical running noises
• The safety labels must be legible and available
• Ventilation slots
• Check for correct function:
– Relay
– Lights
– Other display elements
• Tighten the torque for connections L1, N, DC+, DC-, PE
• Check fastening points that hold the SICHARGE UC dispenser to the pedestal
