Troubleshooting on the co-recording function

A recording file is not saved Is a recorder module/camera recorder module with a firmware

recording function used?
Is the co-recording setting set to "Use" for a CPU module?
Has the recording function been started?
Was a recording file ready to be saved when a co-recording
trigger was received?

Corrective action
Use a module with a firmware version supporting the function.
Set the co-recording setting to "Use" then write it.

Start the recording function.
A recording file is not saved even when a co-recording trigger
is received while the file is not ready to be saved such as
during file saving.
