■When specifying CPU stop error detection as a file saving trigger
If a stop error is detected in a CPU module, accumulated data in the saving period before trigger is saved but data in the
saving period after trigger is not saved.
When setting the saving period before trigger to '0' seconds, no data is saved because there is no data to save. Set the saving
period before trigger to a length sufficient to sample, receive, and accumulate changed data.
The following shows an operation when specifying CPU stop error detection as a file saving trigger.
