Procedure
Step 1. Touch the static-protective package that contains the new part to any unpainted surface on the
outside of the server. Then, take the new part out of the package and place it on a static-protective
surface.
Step 2. Install the front I/O module.

a. Insert the front I/O module into the front chassis.
b. Install the screw to secure the front I/O module in place.
After you finish
1. Connect the cables of the front I/O module to the system board assembly. See
routing" on page 167.
2. Complete the parts replacement. See
