Emergency stop buttons
There are emergency stop buttons on the Load station. If an emergency occurs, press an emergency
stop button to stop all processes.
The emergency stop buttons on the powder management station are located on the e-cabinet and in the
operator's area; their effect is to stop the motors, the powder discharge valves, and the station's general
air pressure. The Build Unit door is locked after pressing the emergency stop button.
Explanation
WARNING!
Read the instructions. Use an explosion-
protected vacuum cleaner with the following minimum
requirements:
Europe/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC):
Zone 22 or better, temperature class 200°C (392°F)
maximum.
United States/National Electrical Code (NEC): Class II,
division 2 or better, temperature class 200°C (392°F)
maximum.
Suitable for conductive material (IIIC and/or group E).
Maximum airflow: 450 m³/h.
Maximum depression: −25 kPa.
NOTICE:
Escape release of the door lock.
The powder management station door should not be closed
when a person is inside, even if the machine is turned
off. If someone becomes trapped inside, follow the escape
procedure described in the instructions.
