Changing private distribution lists

The following options are available after you have entered the distribution list number:

The system prompts you to record your distribution list name after the beep after you have pushed 1.

After you have pushed 2, you will be prompted to enter the numbers or names that you want to add to the distribution list.

After you have pushed 6, you will be prompted to enter the numbers or names that you want to remove from the distribution
list.

Modify new private distribution list: push 3.
Enter the distribution list number and finish with the pound key.
Change name of the private distribution list: push 1.
Or:
Record the distribution list name.
