Installing the Operating System with Express
Setup
This section describes information on using Express Setup to install and configure the following
operating systems to the server.
Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 Standard Edition
Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition
To use the server with the other operating systems described in this section, contact your service
representative.
IMPORTANT: Before installing the operating system, adjust the
system date and time by using the BIOS setup utility "SETUP." See
Chapter 4 for detail.
This chapter also includes information on configuring the RAID drive used with the onboard serial
ATA interface. See the end of this chapter for detail.
