Place the file bay on a flat and rigid table carefully.

Push the tabs on the both sides of the dummy cover to remove the cover.
IMPORTANT:

Insert a floppy disk drive into the file bay.
9.
Fix the floppy disk drive with three screws (two for left side, and one for right side).
Save the removed dummy cover carefully.
