Requirements:
● The device is shut down (see section "Shutting down the device").
● The device is removed from the rack (see section "Pulling out or removing the device from the
rack").
● The casing is open (see section "Opening the device").

Connecting the BBU cable to the battery backup unit

CAUTION!
!
Ensure that the side of the connector with the three dots faces upwards (see close-up
view). If the connector is reversed there is the danger of a short circuit.
► Connect the BBU cable to the BBU.
