1. Brake caliper carrier
2. Boot
3. Caliper
4. Disc brake piston
5. Piston seal
: Apply grease included in spare parts.

Repair Instructions

6. Cylinder boot
: Apply grease included in spare parts.
7. Brake pad
8. Bleeder plug
9. Bleeder plug cap
10. Pad spring
11. Anti noise shim
:Apply small amount of grease (included in
spare parts) to mating surfaces of brake pad
and pad shim.
12. Caliper pin bolt

13. Brake disc
14. Slide pin
: Apply grease included in spare parts.
15. Retaining ring
: Tightening torque
: Do not reuse.
