software setting.
Port 2.
8-bit input-only port.
Port 3.
4-bit I/O port.
Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
Use of an on-chip pull-up resistor can be specified by a
software setting.
Port 6.
4-bit I/O port (N-ch open drain).
Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
Use of an on-chip pull-up resistor can be specified by a mask
option only for mask ROM versions.
Port 7.
4-bit I/O port.
Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
Use of an on-chip pull-up resistor can be specified by a
software setting.
