Mask ROM versions are provided with the following mask options.
1. Power-on-clear (POC) circuit
• POC cannot be used

2. Ring-OSC
• Cannot be stopped
• Can be stopped by software
3. Pull-up resistor of P60 to P63 pins
• Pull-up resistor can be incorporated in 1-bit units
(Pull-up resistors are not available for the flash memory versions.)
Note This option cannot be selected in (A1) and (A2) grade products because their supply voltage V
