Countermeasure
This message appears when auto focusing is
started.
It will be closed when auto focusing is
completed or the [Cancel] button is clicked.
This message appears when image capture is
started.
It will be closed the capture process is
terminated with the View mode turned to
[Freeze] or the [Cancel] button is clicked.
This message appears when memory save is
started.
It will be closed when the View mode turned to
[Freeze] or the [Cancel] button is clicked.
This message appears when the EVAC/AIR
switch is turned on for evacuation. The progress
bar visualizes the current progression of the
evacuation process, based on the value of the
Pi gauge.
The message will be closed when the SEQ
processing is successful and a HV Ready
condition is detected. If an error is found during
the processing, another error message will
appear, instead.
This message appears when the EVAC/ AIR
switch is turned on for air introduction. The
progress bar visualizes the current progression
the air introduction process, based on the value
of the Pi gauge.
The message will be closed when the SEQ
processing is successful and an Air condition is
detected. If an error is found during the process,
another error message will appear, instead.
This message appears during the initialization of
the motor drive stage system.
It will be closed upon termination of the
initialization of the stage system.
