(4) Zoom
Expands and reduces 3D model display. When dragging the mouse on the 3D model to
upper direction, 3D model is expanded. When dragging the mouse on the 3D model to
lower direction, 3D model is reduced.
(5) Move
Moves the display position of 3D model. 3D model is moved in the direction dragged
with the mouse on 3D model.
(6) Change texture
Selects the textures (patterns) that can be applied on 3D model surface.

 Contour 16:
 Contour 256: Displays the height information in the contour line with 256 colors.
(7) Create AVI File
The state of the rotations, zooms and the movement operations of 3D model can be
saved in the moving image as AVI format.
(8) Create BMP File
Saves 3D model by the image file as BMP format.
(9) Line
Turns on and off the display of the axis that shows the direction of horizontal (X), vertical
(Y), and height (Z).
(10) Scale
Turns on and off the scale display.
Only the height information is displayed in the shadow.
Superimposes and displays the contrast of the SEM image imported.
Displays the height information in the contour line with 16 colors.
