The
:MEASURE:PWIDTH
command places the instrument in the
continuous measurement mode and
starts
the Pwidth measurement.
The
PWIDTH
query measures and outputs the
width of the
first
displayed
positive pulse.
Pulse
width
is
measured at the
50%
voltage
level
with
Standard measurements selected and
at
the mid level threshold value with
User-Defined
measurements selected.
The
algorithm for
this
measurement
is:
