Symptom
The
compressor
exhaust
temperature
is too high.
The
compressor
exhaust
temperature
is too low.
The
compressor
suction
temperature
is too low or
liquid
returns.
The
compressor
Issue 01 (2017-07-27)
Possible Cause
start.
The compressor does not work.
The refrigerant loop or a
component is blocked.
The outdoor unit is installed in an
inappropriate position. (The
outdoor unit should not be exposed
to direct sunlight and must be
installed at a specified spacing
according to the installation
guide.)
Air exists in the cooling system.
Heat dissipation is poor because of
blockages in the condenser.
An outdoor fan fails.
Refrigerant is insufficient.
The outdoor fan speed controller
fails.
Refrigerant is insufficient.
Refrigerant is leaking.
The refrigerant filled is
insufficient.
The indoor temperature is too low.
Filters are clogged with dirt.
The superheat degree that is set
with the thermostatic expansion
valve is inappropriate.
The sensing bulb is disconnected
from the thermostatic expansion
valve.
The external excess pressure is too
high, and air decreases.
The condensing pressure is too
low.
Liquid returns in a compressor.

5 Operation and Maintenance
Solution
the display.
Check whether the drive is faulty.
Replace it if it is faulty.
Check whether the refrigerant loop or
a component is blocked.
Install the outdoor unit in a correct
position, without exposure to direct
sunlight and with an appropriate
spacing.
Exhaust air, and examine and repair
the pipeline.
Clean the condenser fins.
Check whether the outdoor fan works.
Increase the amount of refrigerant
filled.
Replace the speed controller.
Increase the amount of refrigerant
filled.
Check the pipeline for any leakage.
Add the refrigerant.
Change the temperature setting.
Replace the filters.
Adjust the thermostatic expansion
valve to an optimal degree.
Check whether the thermometer bulb
is disconnected from the thermostatic
expansion valve.
Check whether the air duct is
blocked.
Check the condenser.
Check whether the oil temperature
and exhaust temperature are within a
