the BSE with the singular PE:
if one PE restarts, after a
going failure of the PE on the
passive BSE the parameter
becomes effective
With a partial bus failure and
route redundancy (here: the
coupling of the singular PE
over various routes) a
redundancy switchover is
achieved without PE failure, if
the passive BSE reaches all
PEs, everything is OK there
and there are no higher
priority errors present.
