The message can be parameterized in the OPM (SICAM 1703 + Ax 1703 system functions)
under Redundancy return information message with the attributes
Return_inform_function_(RED) (redundancy state), BSE_(RED) and PRE_(RED).
With global redundancy switchover there is only one return information message, which is
valid for the entire automation unit, therefore BSE and SSE are irrelevant.
For line-by-line switchover a separate return information message is generated for the system
element (selected with BSE_(RED) and PRE_(RED)).
For the CPU redundancy a return information message is generated for every C-CPU
(selected with BSE_(RED).
A set binary information means, that the system element concerned is active, or with global
switchover at least one system element is active.
