Method:
Wash the pork fillet and pat dry, removing any fat and sinew where necessary. Cut the meat into approx.
2 cm pieces and wrap with 1-2 rashers of bacon.
In a pan, heat the butter and fry the pieces of meat on all sides until they are golden brown.
Set the slow cooker to "MEDIUM" and spread the sealed pieces of meat over the base of the pan.
In a bowl, mix the cream, tomato purée, tomatoes, ketchup, paprika, cayenne pepper, rosemary, thyme,
basil, salt and pepper and mix well.
Pour this mixture over the meat and close the glass lid (2).
Allow the fillet stew to cook for approx. 5 hours on the "MEDIUM" setting.

10. After use

After use, clean the slow cooker as described in the "Maintenance / cleaning" section below. If food
residues solidify in the ceramic pan (4), they become difficult to remove. Then store the slow cooker in a
safe, dry place away from dust.

10.1 Maintenance/cleaning

It is recommended that you clean the slow cooker before first use and immediately after each use so that
no remnants of food can set in the ceramic pan (4).
Risk of electric shock!
Always remove the mains plug from the mains socket before cleaning the heater unit (8).
Failure to do so could cause an electric shock.
Do not pour or spray any liquids onto the heater unit (8) and do not immerse it in water
or other liquids. This could cause short circuits which could cause electric shocks or burns.
Never immerse the heater unit (8) in water or other liquids. This could result in an electric
shock.
Warning about damage to equipment
Do not use abrasive or astringent detergents or tools which could scratch the surface to
clean the heater unit (8). This could cause damage to the heater unit (8) housing.
The glass lid (2) and the ceramic pan (4) are breakable. They can shatter if subjected to
very fast changes in temperature. Allow them to cool down before washing them up or
immersing them in water.

10.1.1 Cleaning the ceramic pan and glass lid

You can clean the glass lid (2) and the ceramic pan (4) like other cookware with warm water and
washing-up liquid and then dry it.
