10.4 Device Range that Can Be Set
Writing on the device is not allowed for 32-bit data.
Writing on the device is not allowed for 16-bit data.
Monitoring or writing is not possible in the continuous device designation mode.
Up to eight consecutive devices can be specified.
The GOT reads the value from a device and then write a value to the device.
Do not change the device value with a sequence program until the GOT completes writing a value to the device.
Only 32-bit (2-word) specification is possible.
