Maintenance Check Item
Check the safety-interlock
operation.
Check that the ROPS is fully
raised and locked in position.
Check the parking-brake
operation.
Check the fuel level.
Check the engine-oil level.
Check the
cooling-system-fluid level.
Drain the water/fuel
separator.
Check the air-filter indicator.
Check the cooler and screen
for debris.
Check for unusual engine
noises.

Check the hydraulic hoses
for damage.
Check for fluid leaks.
Check the tire pressure.
Maintenance Procedure
• Change the air-cleaner element.
• Check and clean the cooling fins (clean them more frequently in dirty or dusty
conditions).
• Replace the fuel/water separator.
• Replace the fuel filter.
• Inspect the fuel lines and connections.
• Check the parking brake and adjust if needed.
• Clean the cab air filters; replace them if they are torn or excessively dirty.
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Change the hydraulic filter.
• Change the engine coolant
• Change the hydraulic fluid.
• Check the battery-electrolyte level when the machine is in storage (if applicable).
• Drain and clean the fuel tank
• Replace moving hoses.
