7.2.3 Modbus Protocol Expansion

The Modbus protocol is expanded to support configuration upload and download. Addresses

49000 to 49999 are the extended addresses.

The addresses can be customized to match the readable addresses in the protocol. For details,

see PDU8000 Modbus Protocol for External Systems.

Procedure

Step 1 Insert the USB flash drive.

Step 2 On the Maint. screen, tap Import MD Config to access the screen.

Step 3 Select the storage path and tap Next. Complete all the operations as prompted.
