5.4 Installing the PDC

Prerequisites
Context

5.4.1 Non-Secured Installing the Cabinet on a Concrete Floor

Procedure
Step 1 Lower the four leveling feet at the bottom of the cabinet by using a wrench until all the four
castors at the bottom hang in the air, the leveling feet bear the whole cabinet weight, and the
integrated PDC height is 2000 mm.
Step 2 Check whether the bottom of the cabinet is horizontal by using a level. If the cabinet is not
leveled, adjust the leveling feet, as shown in Figure 5-3.
Issue 07 (2019-04-15)
The installation environment has been checked with expected results.
The site has been closed off, and notices have been posted.
The PDC has been unpacked and inspected, and no problems were found.
Common tools such as the right angle, measuring tape, level, adjustable wrench, and
marker are available.
The integrated PDC can be installed on a concrete or ESD floor.
An integrated PDC can be deployed separately or combined with another cabinet.
Wrench an anchor bolt clockwise to elevate a cabinet leg, or wrench an anchor bolt
anticlockwise to lower it. The cabinet feet can be adjusted within a range of 0–8 mm.
To prevent cabinet tilting and damage, adjust all the feet at the four corners instead of one
foot.
Use a measuring tape for measurement when leveling the cabinet to ensure that the height
between the cabinet top and the ground is 2000 mm (tolerance +3 mm).
Do not remove anchor bolts. Otherwise, you need to rework them for use.
