8.4.2 Replacing a Hot-Swap Circuit Breaker

Prerequisites



Procedure

There are 1- and 3-pole hot-swappable circuit breakers. This section uses the 1-pole circuit

breaker as an example.

Step 1 Open the cabinet front door, and switch the circuit breakers to be installed to OFF.

Step 2 Remove the front panel of the output module.

Issue 07 (2019-04-15)

Tools required: circuit breaker extracting kit, Phillips screwdriver, key to the PDC door.

Materials required: circuit breakers of the correct model.

Obtain the circuit breaker extracting kit from the file box on the PDC front door.
