FUNCTIONS
This chapter describes the functions of a temperature input module and the setting procedures for those functions. For details

Processing of Each Function

The functions are processed in the order shown below. If multiple functions are enabled, the output of the first processed
function is used as the input of the next function.

Primary delay filter
Measured temperature value
These values are the values after the sampling processing, each averaging processing, or primary delay filter has been
performed.
Scaling value
These values are obtained after scale conversion of measured temperature values using the scaling function. When the
scaling function is not used, the same value as the measured temperature value is stored.
Logging data
When the logging function is used, measured temperature values or scaling values are collected.
