Clean Radiator/Oil Cooler Cores and Other Cooling
System

WARNING: When using compressed air pressure [less
than 0.2 MPa (2 kgf/cm
or goggles.
IMPORTANT: If compressed air with the pressure of more
than 0.2 MPa (2 kgf/cm
delivery pressure is used for cleaning, damage to the
radiator/oil cooler fins may result. Keep the nozzle
away from the core surface more than 500 mm (20
inch).
(Over the Side Cover)
1. Remove bolts (1) (2 used) and loose bolt (2).
Remove cover (3).
2. Check and clean engine charge air cooler (4), HVAC
condenser (5), and hydraulic oil cooler (6).
When HVAC condenser (5) is moved away by removing
bolts (7), clearance in front of hydraulic oil cooler (6) can
be cleaned.
3. Install cover (3) and fix with bolts (1) (2 used) and bolt
(2).
IMPORTANT: Make sure to install cover (3) to the original
position to prevent troubles due to overheat.
(Over the Rear Grille)

WARNING: Make sure the fan is not rotating before
opening the rear grill.
1. Check and clean radiator (8), torque converter oil cooler
(9), and hydraulic driven fan (10).
2. In case dirt or dust sticks to the radiator/oil cooler cores,
clean the radiator/oil cooler cores with compressed air
pressure [less than 0.2 MPa (2 kgf/cm
water to maintain the cooling system performance at a
good level.
