SENSOR REHEAT

p All foods must be pre-cooked.
p Foods should be at room or refrigerated
temperatures.
p Stirrable foods are recommended.
p Dish should be covered with plastic wrap or a
fitting lid.
p All foods should have a covered stand time of
3 to 5 minutes.
p Do not reheat in foil or plastic containers.
1.VEGETABLES

p Vegetables should be trimmed, prepared and cut
into even sized pieces.
p Add 1 tablespoon to

p Place in a suitably sized dish and cover dish with
plastic wrap or a fitting lid.
p If desired, butter, herbs, etc. may be added but do
not add salt until the completion of cooking.

3.FROZEN VEGETABLES

p Place in a suitably sized dish and cover with plastic
wrap or a fitting lid.
p Larger vegetables are placed in a single layer and
select a shallow dish for these.

p At the completion of cooking, stir larger quantities
and allow to stand for 2 to 3 minutes.

5.FISH

p Suitable for cooking whole fish, fish fillets and

p Place all ingredients and liquid in a high microwave
safe and heat proof casserole dish.
