OIL PUMP
2. Install:
D oil pump shaft 1
(to the oil pump cover 2 )
D pin 3
D inner rotor 4
D outer rotor 5
D pins 6
D oil pump housing 7
D screw
NOTE:
When installing the inner rotor, align the pin 3 in
the oil pump shaft with the groove a on the in-
ner rotor 4 .
3. Check:
D oil pump operation
Refer to "CHECKING THE OIL PUMP".

INSTALLING THE OIL PUMP

1. Install:
D O-ring
New
D oil pump 1
D oil pump drive gear 2
D circlip 3
New
CAUTION:
After tightening the bolts, make sure that the
oil pump turns smoothly.
