5 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Causes
1. The condenser fins
are dirty or blocked.
2. The outdoor unit is
not properly
installed.
3. The outdoor
temperature sensor
displays an incorrect
temperature or is
faulty.
4. The input voltage of
the unit fluctuates.
1. The refrigerant is
liquefied or the
compressor startup
resistance is high.
As a result, the
compressor fails to
start.
2. At least two cables
between the
compressor and the
drive board are not
connected.
3. The output of the
inverter module of
the compressor
drive board is faulty.
The difference between
the compressor control
output rotational
speed and the actual
compressor rotational
speed is greater than
the control threshold.
Solution
1. Clean the condenser
fins.
2. Reinstall the
outdoor unit.
3. Adjust or replace
the outdoor
temperature sensor.
4. Stabilize the input
voltage.
