Step 5 Remove the power cable terminal on the right of the electric heater from the
electric heater contactor, and pull out the cable from the top.
Step 6 Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws that secure the support of the
electric heater, and pull out the support, as shown by (2) and (3) in
Figure 5-2 Removing an electric heater
Step 7 Remove the four screws from the electric heater using a Phillips screwdriver and
remove the electric heater.
Step 8 Install the new electric heater.
Step 9 Close the front door. After the device is powered on, choose Maintain >
Performance Maintain on the home screen, and clear the total runtime of the
electric heater.
Step 10 Tap
Ensure that the smart cooling product is running properly without any alarms.
