Check that the operating indoor fan
generates no abnormal noise.
Check that the screws on the indoor
fan are not loose or distorted.
Check that the compressor is
secured.
Check that the operating compressor
generates no abnormal noise.
Check that the electric heater is
secured.
Check that the electric heater
surfaces are not eroded.
Check that the fan air intake and
exhaust vents are not blocked.
Check that the fan runs properly
without abnormal noise or vibration,
and the blades rotate properly.
Expected Result
Export smart cooling product logs,
alarms, temperature, humidity, and
the operating status and time data
of the compressor, fan, electric
heater, and wet film humidifier. View
the historical alarms generated this
year and select the most common
five ones.
Check that the electrical components
and control components of the
indoor unit are free of dust.

Replace the fan component if it is
damaged.
Tighten loose screws.
Tighten screws if the compressor is
not secured.
Replace the compressor.
Secure the electric heaters and
temperature switches.
Replace the electric heater.
Clear obstacles.
Replace the outdoor fan.
Troubleshooting
Locate the cause or contact
technical support.
(Perform the operation with the
power off.) Use a brush or
compressed dry air to remove dust
from electrical components, and
control components.
