- Check the machine's environment. High temperature and high humidity
or low temperature and low humidity conditions can cause this problem.
- Change the paper to thick paper.
- Check if paper is not damp.
- Check if the thickness of the paper is properly set in the driver.
- Print with the envelope lever is lowered. (Refer to the figure below.)
