[Read]: Allows you to read the KDS-100 data.
[Close]: Cancels the reading and closes the

window.

The KDS-100 data appears on the window when
executing the Read command.
Following are descriptions of the data.
Model Type: The model name. KDS-100 appears.
Serial Number: The KDS-100 serial number. You
cannot change or modifiy this number.
Check Sum: The checksum of the current
Firmware.

4.2.3.6. Setup

This command allows you to select the serial port
for connecting a PC to the KDS-100. A pull-down
menu appears when selecting the command at the
Menu.

Communication Port

The following window appears when selecting
"Communication Port" from the pull-down menu.
Select the serial port to be used for data transmission
between the KPG-71D and the KDS-100, and then click
[OK]. Click [Cancel] to close the window without
changing the serial port.

4.2.3.7. View

This command allows you to configure the
KPG-71D main window. A pull-down menu appears
when selecting the command at the Menu.

Tree View

The following window appears when selecting "Tree
View" from the pull-down menu.
This window displays the KPG-71D data as a tree view.
A configuration data window appears when clicking each
name. This window is the same as the window displayed
in the Edit command. {Refer to 4.2.3.3.}
Click the [Close] button to close the above window. The
configuration data window remains open.

Tool Bar

Toggle the tool bar display On or Off. Select pull-down
menu to display the tool bar. Deselect pull-down menu
to remove the tool bar.

Status Bar

Toggle the Status bar display On or Off. Select pull-
down menu to display the status bar. Deselect the pull-
down menu to remove the status bar.
4.2.3.8. Window
This command allows you to configure the data
window of the KDS-71D. A pull-down menu
appears when selecting the command at the Menu.
At least one data configuration window should be
selected to use this menu. The window menu does
not appear if the data configuration window is not
displayed.
The name of the data configuration window
appears below the pull-down menu when the data
configuration window is open.
The selected window at the name of data
configuration is the currently displayed data
configuration window. Switch the window by
selecting the currently deselected data
configuration window.
