4.4 Error Code List
Error description
The access to the SD memory card was
attempted when the file access was being
stopped.
The access to the unformatted SD memory card
was attempted.
The access to the SD memory card was
attempted while it is being formatted.
The recipe execution operation was performed
when the operation of high speed data logger
module was being suspended.

• Turn the clear file access stop request (Y3) ON,

recipe files to the SD memory card, and retry.
• After formatting the SD memory card, store
recipe files to the SD memory card, and retry.
• Execute "Restart" of "Module operation" and
retry.
• Execute "Update settings" of "Module
